Shannon Oliver has been the office manager for McMurtrey Chiropractic for 7 years. We are fortunate to have her as a part of our team. Shannon has been involved with insurance billing for over 15 years. Her knowledge in all areas of insurance allows McMurtrey Chiropractic to take almost all forms of insurance. Shannon is well versed in electronic billing which allows her to bill insurances daily. Whether you have personal injury (PIP), worker’s compensation, any form of Medicaid, major medical, a health savings account plan, or are private pay, you can rest assured that Shannon will correctly handle the billing of your insurance.
Shannon also schedules all appointments for Dr. Kelly and the massage therapist, Jill England, RN, LMT. So when you call our office, Shannon is the first person you will meet. Don’t hesitate to ask her any of your chiropractic or insurance questions. Not only is Shannon an insurance specialist, but also a lifetime chiropractic patient. She has seen first hand with her own experiences of how important regular chiropractic care is to your health.
Jill England
RN LMT
Jill England is a graduate of Berea College. She has been a registered nurse for 25 years with a background in neonatal ICU, newborn nursery, general pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology. She developed an interest in alternative medicine and wellness early in her nursing career. When she saw what a positive influence massage had on her daughter while undergoing a bone marrow transplant, that she decided to pursue a career in massage and therapy.
Jill returned to school for massage therapy, earning her national certification and state license in 2007. Jill is a health and wellness advocate. She combines her medical background and massage therapy education to promote self care and empowerment to her clients.
Connie Swafford
Receptionist & Chiropractic Assistant
A proud Metcalfe County native and a 1989 graduate of MCHS, Connie brings a strong foundation of organizational skills to McMurtrey Chiropractic in Edmonton, KY. Following her graduation, she spent eighteen years in Glasgow building a successful career in accounting.
Since joining McMurtrey Chiropractic, Connie has embraced her role, enjoying the opportunity to connect with both new and familiar faces in her home community. Her dedication ensures a welcoming and efficient experience for all patients.
Outside of the office, Connie enjoys camping, expressing her creativity through rock painting, the thrill of thrifting, and cheering on her grandbaby at soccer games.
